Examples of Five-Star Reviews“I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for.” “I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item.”

Thanks for sharing your rating with us and the community.” “Many thanks for the 5-star rating. If there’s anything we can do to improve our offering, please let us know!” “Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star rating – it’s much appreciated!”

How specific should a 5-star review be?

A slew of contextless 4- and 5-star reviews doesn’t look promising; it looks scammy. If you’re leaving a great review, anyone who reads it will want to know why—so tell them.

What specifically made the food and service at a new restaurant so great? If you were pleasantly surprised by how quickly an online order arrived, how long did it take to ship? Why does this particular item work so well for you? Would it work the same for everyone, or does it depend on individual factors like shoe size, skin, hair type, or body shape? Don’t write a whole novel, but be sure to include details like these.

Five star ratings are centered around rating value three. Rating value three is OK. Inferior two levels (rating two and one) of are negative comparative and superlative and superior two (rating four and five) are positive comparative and superlative.[1] So,

1: worst
2: bad
3. OK
4. better
5. best

Amazon Imbalance:
Unfortunately, the above definition does not hold true. People are too polite to give a bad experience 1 and too greedy to give a better experience a 5. This made the whole system skewed. On Amazon or ebay , a 3 is the worst; 4 is OK and 5 is better.

This is where thumbs up and thumbs down comes in. If you remember, YouTube had a five star rating system. It was so useless because people either rate 1 or 5. And mostly, the people who do not like a video do not rate it at all [2]. This led them to put a thumbs up and thumbs down
